Support for dismissed employees

Individual outplacement is an extensive, structured course that initially stretches over a minimum period of three months and a minimum of 10 meetings.

 

The aim of offering a dismissed employee an outplacement program is that the employee should find a new job in the counselling period or has made up their mind about starting an education, starting their own company, taking early retirement, etc.

 

Individual job advice is a shorter course, typically between 4 and 8 meetings. The aim is that the dismissed employee receives support in searching for a job.

 

All individual meeting on outplacement and job counselling courses are of 1 ½ hours. In the job counselling period the employee and the counsellor meet at one of AS3 Outplacement’s offices. Typically, it will be a combination of counselling and homework. The contents of the counselling will vary depending on the situation and the individual needs.
