A structured and dignified process
A well organized, structured and dignified dismissal process minimizes the emotional reactions of the employees under notice as well as the remaining employees.
Three phases can be used to describe a dismissal process, where AS3 is the sparring partner. Typically, the first phase is preparation before the dismissals are given. The second phase covers the period just before and during the dismissals and the third phase is the following-up process after the dismissals. The third phase is carried out by AS3 Development.
