Therefore you are appointed a permanent counsellor with many years experience and insight in the local business area. The counsellor is your personal sparring partner, who weighs up your actual needs.

Your conversations are confidential. During the program you can change counsellor if it can help optimize your return from advisement. This ensures that the counsellor’s competencies always match your actual needs and wishes.

We will challenge you to turn your skills and competences into a realistic and – for you – valuable job-goal. Our advice is action-oriented, meaning that we prepare you to be a job seeker.
