Counsellors at AS3
Our manifold counselling staff of more than 100 experienced and competent counsellors means that we can match those that has been dismissed. And we believe that it is the chemistry between the candidate and the counsellor that is most important in enabling an optimal process. Our counsellors are locally based and attached to one of our 19 national offices in Denmark. Furthermore, they have strong connections to the local business community, and are AS3 Academy certified, where they receive further education continuously.
International Partners
Through our subsidiaries in Sweden, Norway, and Finland we can give advisement using the same concept in all four Nordic countries. Naturally, it is tailored to job markets and job market conditions in the different regions of the respective countries.
